The second State of the Nation Address of 2019 took place on Thursday evening in Cape Town, and with it came an influx of commentary from the people of South Africa.
Though President Cyril Ramaphosa’s speech was heavy with hope and intent for a better South African future, most people seemed to think his address was more a dream than a tangible future reality.
