Google just made it a lot easier for anyone to learn how to code online.

On Tuesday, the company launched its free coding tool Grasshopper to the web, which was previously only available on Android and iOS.

The beginner’s coding tool was launched in early 2018, and allows users to visualise instructions, their code, and the end product on a single screen.

“We made Grasshopper to help folks like you get into coding in a fun and easy way. And we put Grasshopper on a phone so you can turn your commute or waiting in line into a learning moment,” the coding tool’s site explains.

For desktop users, Google’s also adding two courses specifically beneficial for those interested in website design, too.

While users can still use Grasshopper’s apps, the desktop site is now available here.

And yes, you will need a Google account to log in.
