Spotify Premium drops to R5.99pm over the festive period

Just in time for Black Friday and the Festive Season, streaming music platform Spotify has announced that new users signing up to its service can subscribe to the Premium tier for R5.99.

Users who take advantage of the offer any time during this period — ending 31 December 2018 — will be charged R5.99 for three months.

The service will jump to its regular price of R59.99 thereafter.

Notably, the offer is only valid for those who haven’t yet tried the Premium tier.
