Cyril Ramaphosa taunts ‘BoJo’ ahead of the Springboks vs England final
The Springboks are through to the Rugby World Cup final after defeating Wales 19-16 in the Yokohama semi-final on Sunday.
The team will now play England, which beat New Zealand, in a repeat of the 2007 final. (That one went pretty well for us, if you recall.)

Naturally, South Africans on Twitter were pretty stoked about the result, and none were more excited than South Africa’s president Cyril Ramaphosa.
In a tweet sent to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, sorry, we mean “BoJo”, Ramaphosa issued his opposite number a warning. A very sassy warning at that.
“See you on Saturday BoJo when you will be watching Siya, the team and I hoist high [the] Webb Ellis Cup,” tweeted President Ramaphosa.
See you on Saturday BoJo @BorisJohnson when you will be watching Siya, the team and I hoist high Webb Ellis Cup. A STERLING showing once again by the @Springboks. Our national teams have just been doing amazingly on the international stage. #WALvRSA #RWC2019 #StrongerTogether pic.twitter.com/foDvuTNj5V

“Our national teams have just been doing amazingly on the international stage,” he added.
Other South Africans, including a gaggle of politicians, celebs and other sportspeople, joined President Ramaphosa in congratulating the Springboks.
