3D print your own Google Glass
If you don’t have the requisite US$1 500 to be a Google Glass early adopter lying around your house, fear not. There is hope and it comes in the form of 3D printing.
Okay okay they’re not actually functional, being just the frames and a small, transparent “display”, which has to be affixed manually but as long as you refuse to take them off, they’ll fool pretty much anyone.
You can find the 3D model on Thingiverse and is apparently based on a drawing originally found on Google Sketchup.
You can download the STL files and get them printed at a 3D printing shop of your choice.
