New iPad finally approved for China
Product A1430, or the new iPad, is finally 100% bound for the shores of China.
It’s been quite the battle for Apple in terms of making it to China, with roughly 1.3-billion new customers to take advantage of. This is Apple’s second largest market (the US is its biggest).
Apple’s in a legal battle to boot. Some empty-headed Chinese company swears that it owns the name “iPad”. I mean, please. Apple owns it, what’s the issue here? The company is looking to ban imports of iPads into China. But if Apple makes its move all official-like, then the claimant, Proview Technology, is going to have to take its hand out of its ass and make a move into legit territory.
Expect the new iPad, which is currently being made compatible with Chinese telecoms, to make its way into this bustling market, soon.
