‘Mad Max: Eye of the Storm’ gets the gritty story trailer it deserves [video]

We’re seeing a bit of an overlap this year when it comes to movies and games. Previous console greats like Ratchet & Clank are getting the big screen treatment, and a game based on said big screen treatment (it’s supposed to be confusing), what what’s more interesting is Mad Max and its spinoff title.

Mad Max: Fury Road, starring a bald Charlize Theron and the ever hardcore Tom Hardy did damn well at the box office and critically for that matter, scoring a near perfect 98% on Rotten Tomatoes. But it’s game version, Mad Max: Eye of the Storm also looks like s smashing post-apocalyptic hell ride through the Australian outback.

Developed by Avalanche Studios, we didn’t see too much of this game at E3 2015, instead we dove head first into Just Cause 3, but MM deserves some screen time.

It’s probably not a game for everyone, but hey, if you loved Mel Gibson, love Tom Hardy and worship vehicular abominations, this is the story trailer for you.
