It’s the back-end of the year and that means one thing for gamers across the world — Gamescom. The 2015 edition will see only a handful of companies host live conferences, but some of them are incredibly important.

With Sony absent, Microsoft will be showing off its new titles, hardware and deals to the German public. Electronic Arts, Call of Duty developer Treyarch and Blizzard will also get in on the fun, with other companies like Bethesda, Ubisoft and Konami showing off their wares on the show floor.

First, we have Microsoft kicking off the event on 4 August at 4pm SAST, where we could see our first glimpse of Windows 10 running on the Xbox One, new keyboard and mouse support for the green console and a deeper look at titles like Scalebound, and Quantum Break.
