Kill some zombies in Left 4 Dead 2 and Resident Evil 6 on Xbox One
After much anticipation, Valve’s phenomenal Left 4 Dead 2 is finally available on Xbox One. It was originally released on the Xbox 360 and is now part of the backwards compatible list of games.
The game didn’t just come out as another sequel to its predecessor, but tried to be different as well. Even after much fan outcry due to launching sequel soon after the first release, fans quickly took to it. It doesn’t look to include all of its previously released DLC.
If you’re still up for some zombie killing action, Resident Evil 6 is also now available on Xbox One. Instead of being a backwards compatible title (and letting people like me play it), this release has received the ‘re-release treatment’. It comes with higher definition textures, all of the DLC is included, along with additional costumes for characters.
Resident Evil 4 and 5 will also be re-released later this year. It’s a pity Capcom is releasing one of the weakest Resident Evil games first.
There’s till no word on the original, arguably greater, Left 4 Dead for Xbox One.
