Microsoft releases new trailers for Halo Wars 2, Halo Wars: Definitive Edition
At The Video Game Awards, Microsoft released two new trailers for its Halo spin-off series, Halo Wars. The games are console exclusive to Xbox One and will release on 17 February 2017.
The Halo Wars 2 trailer tells the story of a Covenant Brute by the name of Atriox. He was the first within their ranks to rebel against them and cause an uprising. You’re not going to see any new gameplay in this trailer, but gorgeous CGI.

Those who pre-order Halo Wars 2 will have early access to Halo Wars: Definitive Edition from 20 December. It is not clear if the game will be sold separately.
Little is known about the Halo Wars re-release, other than it will be an enhanced edition of the original Xbox 360 game.
