Apple Watch Series 4 will start at R7999 in South Africa
The Apple Watch Series 4 will be available for preorder in South Africa from 21 September, the iStore confirmed today.
The Apple reseller announced that two face sizes — 40mm and 44mm — will also be sold. Additionally, two versions of the watch will also retail in South Africa: the standard Apple Watch Series 4 GPS, and the Nike+ Series 4 GPS.
While the former will be available to purchase from 28 September, the latter will be sold from 5 October 2018.
“Pre-ordering online on 21 September 2018 gives customers the benefit of reserving their purchase without having to queue and the added convenience of having purchases delivered directly their door,” the iStore explains in a press release.

Both devices can be purchased through a 27 month payment plan, or cash.
The Series 4 40mm will retail for R329pm, or R7999 cash. The 44mm version will be priced at R357pm, or R8599 cash.
