Samsung to release 27-inch CRG5 curved gaming monitor later this year
Samsung on Tuesday revealed its latest 27-inch CRG5 curved gaming monitor.
“The CRG5 delivers innovative new gaming features including a lightning-fast 240Hz refresh rate and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility,” the company said in a press release.
The new monitor also features RapidCurve technology, G-SYNC compatibility and an “edge-to-edge” design courtesy of a thin bezel on three of its sides.
“The monitor has deeper blacks and brighter whites with a 3000:1 contrast ratio, providing superfine detail even in the brightest and darkest parts of a game,” Samsung also said.
The CRG5 includes an on-screen menu as well, where users can choose from pre-set display options or customize their experience.
The curved gaming monitor will launch worldwide in the second half of 2019.
