Samsung Galaxy A90 5G retail box hints at upcoming smarphone’s specs
Seems that Samsung’s set to unveil yet another smartphone in the coming days. Images of what seems to be the Galaxy A90 5G’s retail box have been spotted on a Korean site.
This leak comes just hours after renders were spotted on Twitter.

The A90 is set to become Samsung’s cheapest 5G smartphone, and will look a lot like the Note 10 series with a triple vertically-mounted camera at the rear and waterdrop notch up front.
The box also revealed the specs we can expect.
We’re possibly looking at a 6.7 inch sAMOLED display, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Those rear cameras feature a 48MP sensor with a 5MP and 8MP sensors below it. Up front, the selfie camera features a 32MP sensor.

Screen resolution, battery size, and processor specs are currently unknown.
When the Galaxy A90 does launch, it would be the range topper of the A-Series which Samsung relaunched earlier this year.
That honour is currently held by Samsung’s flippy-sliding camera phone, the Galaxy A80 priced around R13 000 in South Africa.
The latest leak is a surprising development in the Korean firm’s mid-range launch cycle. Just a few days ago, rumours of a Galaxy A91 with a 108MP camera were doing the rounds online.
