Watch JerryRigEverything mildly destroy a shiny new Pocophone F1
I guess someone has to do it, right?
The Pocophone F1 is a remarkable device. Beneath its US$300 skin lies the same chipset you find in the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Sony Xperia XZ3, devices three times more expensive than it. But with that price reduction comes some sacrifices.

The answer? Quite.
The body is decidedly polycarbonate and easy to cut into, but the glass up front should resist keys and wayward knives. Additionally, the rear fingerprint reader is seemingly scratchproof too.
As for the rest… well, that’s left for you to decide.
