Check out this clever online Snake game celebrating the Microsoft Nokia deal
If you didn’t buy Microsoft’s multitude of reasons for buying Nokia, don’t worry, you’re not alone. UK based digital agency Webtise has its own theory: Snake.
Yup, that’s right, it reckons that the Redmond-based giant bought Nokia because Bill Gates just loves Snake so damn much. In fact, it’s built an online version of the game that had everyone constantly staring at their phones for most of the early 2000s. Unlike the original though, the objects you’re trying to eat aren’t random black pixels but Nokia 3310s.
We’re not sure how accurate a portrayal of Microsoft’s corporate structure, but the very least it’s a pleasant distraction from the reality.
