This folk-pop number should leave you clamoring to fund the Tesla Museum

Let’s say you’re Oatmeal creator Matthew Inman. Now let’s say that you’ve already managed to convince Elon Musk to donate a million dollars to the museum you’re proposing to build in honour of 19th Century scientist Nikola Tesla. Where do you go next to drum up further support for the project?

You team up with folk-pop artist Sarah Donner to create a sing-along music video celebrating Tesla’s general awesomeness. Obviously.

The video, titled “Nikola Tesla Dood” is catchy and pretty hilarious. Unless you’re a Thomas Edison fan, that is.

Other fundraising efforts for the museum include an Indiegogo campaign, which allows people to buy a brick for the museum, including three lines of engraved text.
