Facebook to explain its practices in updated Terms of Service

Facebook on Thursday announced that it will be adding information to its Terms of Service policy to increase the platform’s transparency.
“Today we’re announcing updates to our Terms of Service to clarify how Facebook makes money and better explain the rights people have when using our services,” the company said on its blog.
Facebook claims that the updates will explain how it makes money, what’s really your intellectual property and where content goes when it’s removed or deleted.
“The updated terms will take effect for everyone on Facebook around the world on July 31, 2019,” the company noted.
Currently, there is a preview of the changes available for the public to read.
