Disney+ standard $7 price will include 4K quality, four simultaneous streams
A report by CNET on Saturday revealed that Disney’s streaming service won’t just feature a monthly $7 price tag to rival Netflix in the United States, it will also include several key benefits at no extra cost to subscribers.
According to the report, Disney+ subscribers will enjoy the option of up to seven user-profiles and four simultaneous streams, along with 4K streaming quality.
With Netflix’s entry-level tier coming in at $9 and only offering one standard-quality streaming profile, Disney+ might look more appealing to customers.
On the other hand, Disney+ will release episodes of its original content on a weekly basis, deviating from Netflix’s binge-style streaming.
The service is set to launch in the US on 12 November 2019.
