Google Duo now lets you video call in the darkest of places
Google on Monday revealed a new low light mode for Duo, the company’s video calling app for smartphones and computers.
“Low light mode helps people connect with each other face to face, even when the lighting conditions aren’t optimal,” the company said in a blog post.
The new feature automatically adjusts the caller’s visibility according to the available light, making them easier to see.
Users can switch to and from low light mode via a widget on-screen during a Duo video call.
Low light mode on Google Duo is currently rolling out for both Android and iOS users around the world.
