One of the sleeper hits on Netflix in 2017 was undoubtedly The End of the F***ing World.
The tale of two teenagers twisting and turning through their tumultuous lives, which inevitably become tightly intertwined, is getting a second season. And on Tuesday, Netflix teased its official release date.
Although it’ll air on its home network of Channel 4 first, the season will make its debut on Netflix a day later, on 5 November.

It’s not clear if the first season’s antihero James (played by Alex Lawther) will make a return, but judging by the tweeted keyart by Netflix’s alter-ego account Alyssa (Jessica Barden) remains a key figure.
We’re not too sure who happens to be in the urn on the other end of the table, though. Yeah, that’s one we’re going to let Alyssa answer herself.
