Facebook did it. It brought messaging app WhatsApp for US$19-billion. Doesn’t it know that it costs US$1 on iTunes?
But I digress. For those out there who want the WhatsApp experience but cannot afford a top-of-the-range phone, there are thousands of cheaper (mostly Android) devices to choose from which will run this popular messaging app. I’ve listed eleven below.
