The latest ‘Avengers: Endgame’ trailer leaves Twitter emotional

Marvel has dropped another Avengers: Endgame trailer, just a over a month before the movie premieres.

The sombre video features black and white flash backs from previous Iron Man, Captain America and Thor movies, as well as the infamous death scenes from Infinity War.

In present day, we see remaining members of the Avengers prepare for battle against Thanos in an attempt to undo his mass genocide.

At the end of clip, we get our first glimpse of Captain Marvel with the Avengers, an encounter that has excited many fans.

The hashtag #avengersendgame began trending on Twitter within an hour of the trailer’s release, with most reactions notably emotional.

While Marvel movies have so far been known for action, laughter and excitement, it certainly seems that Endgame is going to lean towards more dark and serious themes.

The first official poster for the movie, which will hit cinemas on 26 April, was also released.
