‘Google Glass Human’ is so bad, it’s good

From the makers of iPod Human comes the worst possible gadget of all time: Google Glass Human.

Google Glass Human is the mad idea of Ryan Higa, who likes “learning big words like ‘Euphonious.’” Higa’s YouTube page is filled with random madness such as Fruit Ninja FAIL and Most Annoying People On the Internet, but Google Glass Human is his crowning achievement. The videos are pretty cheesy, but Google Glass Human hits us right in heart-muscle usually reserved for new iPhone launches.

It ventures on hilarious sometimes, but it’s a very American video with an insanely slapstick ending. More so, it all builds up to one big fart joke. Higa makes some great observations though, despite the inordinate amount of so-bad-it’s-funny jokes. He shows us that voice recognition isn’t perfect and mistakes are bound to happen. We tend to enjoy mistakes that can be fixed by a reboot though, not actual human error.

The making of Google Glass Human (video embedded below) looks even more troublesome than the production of the actual product. Here’s hoping that the future is made up of gadget glass, not people.
