New Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare multiplayer videos reveal mechs and turret death
Releasing 4 November, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare promises to be a lot more exciting than its predecessors. This one’s set in 2054, so expect robots, Kevin Spacey and laser guns that go pew-pew. To drum up further excitement, Call of Duty’s leaked four new multiplayer gameplay videos, featuring a whack of “cool shit”, as I like to call it.
Want to rip rocket turrets and shoot enemies in the face with them, just like in Gears of War? Go for it. Wouldn’t it be a treat to ride around wrecking havoc in a mech, kind of like Titanfall? There’s a video for that. Judging by the videos, the multiplayer will have an unprecedented level of polish, something the Call of Duty series has been missing since Modern Warfare 3. 4 November, 4 November… keep chanting that to yourself as you patiently await d-day.
