PlayStation Plus games for April includes Zombi, Dead Star

Hot on the heels of Xbox One’s free games for April, Sony today announced its free games list for PlayStation Plus members which is a doozy for survival horror fans.

Zombi, originally launched on Nintendo Wii U as ZombiU, is included this month and provides some much needed panic and cricket bat-based melee attacks to the PlayStation 4. Alongside it, team-based space shooter RPG Dead Star also arrives, which allows ten versus ten multiplayer style combat. It’s also developed by former Metroid Prime stalwart Armature.

On the PlayStation 3, users can look forward to I am Alive, another Ubisoft.

survival horror game, sans cricket bats this time. Savage Moon — a tower defense title — also tags along onto Sony’s legacy console.

As for the PlayStation Vita, Shutshimi and A Virus Named Tom are offered.

The games will be available to download for free to all PlayStation Plus members from 5 April. Until then, you still have time to snag the likes of Broforce and Galak-Z for the PlayStation 4 if you haven’t already.
