Xbox Live Games with Gold for December is… meh

Got Xbox Live Gold? Then odds are good that you know about their monthly Games with Gold offerings, delivering up to four games at no extra cost.

Now, Microsoft has announced the December selection of games, but don’t hold your breath for blockbuster titles here.

On Xbox One, we’ve got Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide and Back to the Future: The Game. The former lasts all month, while the latter offer is from 16 December to 15 January.

Got an Xbox 360 or want some backwards compatible fare? Then we’ve got the critically acclaimed Child of Eden (1-15 December) and arcade title Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death (16-31 December).

You’ve still got time to get your hands on a few of November’s picks, with Trackmania Turbo, Deadfall Adventures and Tales from the Borderlands available.
