Spotify now allows advertisers to target ads based on podcasts you listen to

Spotify on Monday revealed that it will now allow advertisers to target ads based on what podcasts users listen to.
In a report by TechCrunch, the company confirmed that ads will now be targeted towards free users according their frequented podcast categories.
This includes Lifestyle, Comedy, Health and Technology.
The new targeted ads option is being tested by the likes of Samsung in several countries, including Germany, the UK, Canada, Mexico, France and the US.
