Zoe Kravitz is the new Catwoman and Twitter loves it
A report by Deadline on Monday revealed that Zoe Kravitz will star as Catwoman in The Batman.
Known for her roles in Big Little Lies and Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald, the actress will join the likes of Halle Berry, Anne Hathaway and Michelle Pfeiffer in depicting the DC character.
Fans of both Kravitz and DC welcomed the news with open arms on Twitter.

Robert Pattinson, meanwhile, will star alongside Kravitz as Batman himself. The Twilight star was first rumoured for the role back in May.
Directed by Matt Reeves, The Batman will premiere on 25 June 2021.
