Dogs are the real stars of Katy Perry’s ‘Small Talk’ music video

You may not feel much for Katy Perry, her music or memes, but if you’re in any way partial towards dogs, doggos, good bois, or rare puppers, you’re going to want to watch her new video.

Called “Small Talk” the song’s largely about how a relationship with a significant other changes after a break-up. But we’d also argue that it’s about dogs, and how they’re always there for you through thick and thin.

To that effect, it seems that Katy Perry has a winning music video on her hands. In just over two hours, the clip has already been viewed more than 450 000 times. We imagine a vast number of those viewers are dog fans.

“I’m not a big katy fan (I’m more of a Taylor fan lol) but this songs[sic] pretty good and the dogs are the cutest,” reads the top comment, proving our point.

Seriously though. If you like dogs, give this one a watch.
