‘Fallout 76’ now has a premium membership tier with private worlds

Fallout 76 fans can now enjoy a premium membership with exclusive access to the game, announced Bethesda on Wednesday.

Called “Fallout 1st”, the subscription-based membership will feature private worlds for players to explore with up to seven friends.

“If you’re a Fallout 1st member, how you use your private world is completely up to you,” the company said on its website.

Additionally, members will also receive 1650 Atoms — the game’s currency — to spend in the game every month and a private Scrapbox with unlimited storage for crafting materials.

“Drop the new Survival Tent to quickly set up a forward operating base when you’re roughing it out in the wilderness during your next adventure,” Bethesda added.

The Survival Tent will include a Scrapbox, Cooking Station, Sleeping bag and Stash.

Members will have access to unique icons, emotes and outfits to help them “show off” their membership too.

Interested players can choose a one month or 12-month membership package. The subscriptions cost $13 and $100 respectively.

The news follows Bethesda’s other developments within the title since launch, including a battle royale mode and the introduction of “living” NPCs.
