There are few activities that are plain stupid to attempt while driving. Texting and driving is one of these.
While drink driving is a more maligned offense, texting and driving is something probably every smartphone owner has done at least once while behind the wheel. It’s no less dangerous either, and this virtual reality game, aptly dubbed SMS Racing, is aiming to prove this.
The only problem is, it’s quite entertaining.
Although it’s hilarious (the elevator music doesn’t help either), it uses the glory of Samsung’s GearVR headset to depict the average run to the shop, and how replying to a message can end in all sorts of horror.
