Netflix on Monday released the official trailer for Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045, its new animated take on the classic Japanese anime. First announced…
Pixar has dropped the first official trailer for Onward, the latest original animation from the Disney-owned studio.
“Set in a suburban fantasy world, Disney and Pixar’s Onward introduces two teenage elf brothers who embark on an extraordinary quest to discover if there is still a little magic left out there,” reads the trailer description.
From the trailer, Onward looks as magical as it does emotional. After all, the plot follows the brothers as they attempt to reincarnate their father and Pixar, of course, has a reputation for ripping out the hearts of its fans with emotive storylines.
Onward doesn’t come across as all heartbreak, though, as the trailer also dips into wholesome humour too.
Back in June, Pixar also released a tear-jerking Toy Story 4. Unlike the seasoned franchise, however, Onward will be a whole new world for Disney.
The movie will premiere on 6 March 2020.
